Green Drivers Get Most Satisfaction Quick Decision Loans

Hybrid cars top the table of customer satisfaction, according to a survey by service company JD Power and Associates and What Car? magazine.

Despite motoring costs andcar-insurance premiums punching holes in family budgets, environmental concerns are still a top priority for drivers.

Two hybrids, Lexus RX 4x4 and low-emission Toyota Prius, are first and second, followed by the Honda Jazz - to be made at Swindon in Wiltshire from this autumn - the Lexus IS and the Mercedes-Benz CLK.

Said What Car? editor Steve Fowler: "Sales of sports utility vehicles may be on the slide, but it's clear that owners of the Lexus RX 4x4 would gladly recommend their car to others.

"Many of the RXs in the survey were hybrid models, and with the hybrid Toyota Prius in second place, it's clear that environmentally-friendly cars are hugely satisfying to own."

Least satisfactory of the 101 cars in the table were the Fiat Punto, Peugeot 206 and the Ford Galaxy. Among manufacturers Lexus, Honda, Mercedes-Benz, Skoda and Toyota topped the list, with Fiat at the bottom.
